SHOP Jordan Burnett Memorial

Jordan Burnett Memorial

from $20.00

Jordan Burnett was an athlete at TTT from 2018 to 2022. He trained under Mike McGoldrick — someone Jordan deeply admired and who ultimately inspired him to make the move to TTT. Jordan had a magnetic personality. He loved meeting new people, training alongside other athletes, and being in environments where he could grow and help others grow too.

He had a gift for making people feel seen. He cheered others on, celebrated their wins, and offered support when they needed it most. Jordan was the most selfless person I’ve ever known. He saw the good in everyone and made sure they saw it in themselves too.

Jordan and I shared six years together. He proposed to me in July 2021. I truly wouldn't have the circle of friends and chosen family I have today without him. I wouldn't even be part of this gym if he hadn't nudged me to give it a shot — something I’m forever grateful for.

In 2022, Jordan’s health began to decline. His mental struggles grew heavier, and he faced battles no one should have to fight alone. He tried — he fought hard. But on June 11, 2022, Jordan took his life. He believed the world would be better without him. He believed his burdens were too much for anyone else to carry. I wish more than anything that I could have carried them with him. Jordan was not the story he told himself.

In the days after losing Jordan, this gym — this community — showed up for me in ways I never expected. People I barely knew offered kindness, support, and strength. You helped me stand when I couldn't on my own. This place is more than a gym — it’s a family.

Today’s community workout is for Jordan, and for anyone who needs what this space can offer: a place to belong, to grow, and to be reminded that you’re not alone. A place full of people who will show up for you, on your best days and your hardest ones.

If you know someone who might need this kind of support, we want to invite them in. Give them the opportunity that this place offers. This community saves lives. Jordan’s story reminds us why it matters to show up for each other.

You are important. You are loved. And you are not alone.

Thank you,

Ansley Tucker
