The DSGN is our online training program. Its sole purpose is to build a community of people who could follow a single program regardless of their athletic level or competitive goals.

The way we did this was by creating 4 different paths you can follow:

OPEN ATHLETE
SANCTIONAL ATHLETE
STRENGTH
ENGINE

Differences in your day’s programming will be reflected by the path you choose.


OPEN ATHLETE

This path is built for someone who wants to be competitive at the CrossFit Open & online qualifier level.

5 single session training days per week.

The movements you’ll find in this path are based off of past year’s CrossFit Open workouts with variance added based off our predictions of what could come out in the future.

Everything programmed for this path can be performed in the gym.


SANCTIONAL ATHLETE

This path is built for someone who wants to qualify for the CrossFit Games or a sanctioned event.

2-3 sessions per day. 5 days per week.

The movements you’ll find in this path are aimed to prepare you to compete at the highest level of the sport. Movements will include everything we’ve seen at the Regional, Sanctional and Games levels.

This path will include getting out of the gym to perform tasks like swimming, cycling, outdoor running, etc. It will also include movements that require non-traditional training equipment.


STRENGTH

This path is built for someone who wants to develop well rounded strength with less of an emphasis on endurance.

5 single session training days per week.

The movements you’ll find in this path are based off of 6 strength disciplines: weightlifting, powerlifting, strongman, gymnastics, kettlebell, bodybuilding.

There is still a small amount of endurance work in the strength path.

Everything programmed in this path can be performed in the gym, but includes movements that require non-traditional training equipment.


ENGINE

This path is built for someone who wants to develop well rounded endurance with less of an emphasis on strength.

5 single session training days per week.

The movements you’ll find in this path will be performed on cyclical endurance machines, with your body weight, and traditional training equipment.

There is still a small amount of strength work in the endurance path.

This path will include getting out of the gym to perform tasks like swimming, cycling, outdoor running, etc.


DSGN Member Site

Workouts will be released a week at a time and they will post to our member site each Sunday at 12pm EST.
