RYNE SULLIVAN

Ryne Sullivan started working for TTT in 2017. Born in 1990, Ryne spent most of his high school and college years playing soccer and  baseball, his specialty sport. Ryne discovered CrossFit after college. His coaching career was inspired by his concerns regarding the  lack of strength and fitness conditioning and overall movement quality in the baseball community.

Ryne has been training to quailify for the Boston Marathon for the past 2 years. This has given him the experience of going from a novice runner to a competitive runner while studying running technique and training principles. Through this exposure, Ryne has written running progressions for people completing their first road race in addition to the running for elite athletes inside of the TTT community

Ryne’s current clients include CrossFit competitors, marathon runners, baseball players, bodybuilders and general wellness clients.

Ryne and his dog Wrigley maintain and keep a close watch on all things Crossfit, football, baseball and soccer.

Ryne is working and training at TTT HQ
