JAMES TURGEON

In 2014, James began his coaching career through personal training for athletic performance, group training, and coaching the sport of gymnastics. He transitioned to coaching CrossFit full time in 2017. His personal sport background includes martial arts, wrestling, hand balancing, and competitive CrossFit. James is excited to bring his passion for helping others and his eye for analyzing movement to the TTT team.
